IG3D Media Inc. Instant Messenger Policy

Effective August 7, 2006

Due to the rising cost of instant messenger conversations IG3D Media Inc. no longer provides instant messenger support to clients. You can still contact us via phone, e-mail, or at our PO box. We realize e-mail is not as responsive as instant messaging applications. Here are a few tips to make e-mail communication more effective:

  1. Ask more than one question per e-mail.
    Asking multiple questions allows us to respond in a more effective manor, eliminating the need for constant replying and making sure you get your answers faster.
  2. Be descriptive.
    Asking to to clarify a position is not effective. Please be descriptive in the e-mail so that we can respond quickly without having to e-mail you for clarification.
  3. Do not make assumptions.
    This is similar to "being descriptive." Do not assume that we have all your information in front of us. We can look it up, however, including useful information in your e-mail will expedite the response.
  4. Include your contact information.
    If you want us to contact you in a manor other than e-mail be sure to include your contact information in your e-mail to us. Simply put we cannot call or fax you if we do not have your number.
